Kiddimoto accepts returns of items up to 30 days after they have been shipped.
Detailed Returns Guidelines
Items eligible for return must be new, unused, and unopened, and must be returned within 30 days.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from kiddimotousa.com.
Items bought from local or online dealers should be returned through the original purchase location.
All sales of closeout items and clearance merchandise are final and cannot be returned.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before sending any item back to Kiddimoto. You can receive an RMA by starting the return process on our website.
