Poly/Perfluoroalkyl Substance (PFAS) Declaration

Kiddimoto remains fully committed to compliance with state and federal laws and requirements and believes a proactive and transparent approach is what our customers should expect. Some states have recently passed new laws regarding perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that took effect on January 1, 2025.

OUR COMMITMENT

It is with this view that we have conducted a PFAS audit of our suppliers, our processes, and the materials that we or our vendors use to create our products. It is our intent to fully comply with the current standards outlined in the recent legislation in California, Colorado, and New York, along with any standards that may be established by other states in the future.

Kiddimoto has been working diligently with our manufacturers and vendors to ensure that none of our products in the future contain intentionally added and/or regulated perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). In the meantime, for the limited products Kiddimoto sells that are not compliant in regulated states, we have taken best efforts to remove identified non-compliant products from our retail Dealers and initiated policies and procedures in our distribution chain to ensure products sold by Kiddimoto into regulated states do not contain (PFAS) chemicals that exceed the regulated limits.

Kiddimoto to the best of our abilities, relies on our component, assemblies, and material suppliers and vendors to monitor consumer safety and ensure compliance with all international, federal, state, and local regulations of PFAS substances. Kiddimoto will continue to monitor and audit all new vendors, materials and processes for compliance and will update this statement as needed.
